I've never set foot in a gym. Is Move5D for me?
Completely. A large part of why Move5D exists is for people training for the first time. Your guided induction means you'll never have to guess what to do, and the private setting means no crowds to feel self-conscious in front of.
What does membership cost?
Membership is by application and tailored to how you want to train. Send an enquiry and we'll talk you through the options and current availability.
Is personal training included?
Your guided induction is included for every member. Ongoing personal training is available whenever you'd like it — we'll cover the details during your visit.
Where exactly is Move5D?
Inside the Live 5D Wellness Centre in Boyle, Co. Roscommon — so the centre's recovery and wellness facilities are right beside your training.
